At Arbiter Studio, we stand behind the precision and quality of our high-performance peripherals. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Arbiter Studio account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, accessories, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
